When trying to create a new value matrix data the Sequence Number should be 0, if more than one value matrix value needs to be inserted negative numbers should be used

If the value matrix data exists and the sequence number used is 0 the next error will appear:

3010 - Illegal interval overlap !

if an update is needed to be done, first generate a template to obtain the sequence numbers assigned by the ERP
